The Board of Directors of KAWAN is pleased to declare a First Interim Dividend of 2.5 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 each less income tax at 27% for the financial year ending 31 December 2007 to be payable on 17 December 2007 to Depositors registered in the Records of Depositors at the close of business on 5 December 2007.
