With reference to the letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad dated 4 August 2006 requesting the Company to announce its Public Shareholding Spread together with its quarterly announcement, the Board of KFB wishes to announce that the Public Shareholding Spread as at 28 August 2006 of the Company is 23.52% comprising of 567 public shareholders holding not less than 100 shares each.
