On behalf of the Board of Directors of KFB, Hwang-DBS Securities Berhad is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 4 August 2005, approved KFB’s application to obtain shareholders’ ratification for the RRPTs (“Shareholders’ Ratification”) entered into from the date of its listing on Bursa Securities, i.e. 8 August 2005 up to the date of its first Annual General Meeting or Extraordinary General Meeting, whichever is earlier, held after its listing date. KFB will seek the Shareholders’ Ratification, where necessary.
