We refer to the announcements dated 16 May 2008, 30 June 2008 and 3 July 2008 in relation to the Bonus Issue.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of KFB, PM Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that 40,000,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in KFB have been issued and allotted to the shareholders of KFB whose names appear in the Record of Depositors as at the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 18 July 2008 pursuant to the Bonus Issue.

The Bonus Shares shall be listed and quoted on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 21 July 2008.
