We refer to the announcement dated 16 May 2008 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of KFB, PM Securities Sdn Bhd ("PM Securities") is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has vide its letter dated 27 June 2008 (which was received on 30 June 2008), approved the listing of and quotation for 40,000,000 new KFB Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue.

KFB and/or PM Securities are required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Paragraphs 6.28(2)(a) & (b) and 6.28(3) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
