Further to the announcement dated 20 April 2007, Hwang-DBS Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as Hwang-DBS Securities Berhad) (“Hwang-DBS”) wishes to announce that the Securities Commission (“SC”) has, vide its letter dated 30 April 2007 (which was received on 3 May 2007), approved a further extension of three (3) months from 25 April 2007 to 25 July 2007 for KFB to obtain the Certificate of Fitness (“CF”) or relevant building approvals for the extensions to the factory buildings situated on P.T. Tapak Perusahaan Shah Alam, Bandar Shah Alam, Daerah Petaling, Selangor bearing address at Lot 20, Jalan Pengapit 15/19, Shah Alam, Selangor.
