As stated in the announcement dated 24 April 2006, the Securities Commission (“SC”) had granted KFB an extension of time until 25 April 2007 to obtain Certificate of Fitness or relevant building approvals for the extensions to the factory buildings situated on P.T. Tapak Perusahaan Shah Alam, Bandar Shah Alam, Daerah Petaling, Selangor bearing address at Lot 20, Jalan Pengapit 15/19, Shah Alam, Selangor (“SC Condition”).

In connection to the above, Hwang-DBS Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as Hwang-DBS Securities Berhad), on behalf of the Company, wishes to announce that the Company has on 19 April 2007 made an application to the SC for a further extension of three (3) months from 25 April 2007 to 25 July 2007 for the Company to comply with the SC Condition.
