He has accumulated more than 30 years of
experience in the food processing industry. After leaving
school in 1971, he joined Behn Meyer Industries Sdn
Bhd as a Technical Assistant. He left the company in
1976 and set up Kian Guan Trading Co. in 1977. In
1984, he founded Kawan Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd
(“KFM”), and was appointed its Managing Director.
The growth of KFM from small business to an awardwinning
enterprise is attributable to his efforts.
